You might prefer builds that are different than the ones here since builds in these sorts of games are very subjective and tend to be made around specific playstyles. I tend to avoid glass cannons at all costs - please keep that in mind when it comes to all of the builds on my website. There are some pretty nice mods with whole mastery overhauls out there but I really like to pre-build my class and spec out the masteries and skills to see where I end up and at which level. I love Titan Quest, especially the awesome modding community around it. When it comes to games like this I prefer builds which can take a lot of damage and I typically gear towards heavy resistances or high survivability.
